Located on about 70 acres of rolling hills in Concord, Virginia, Spring Mill Farm has been part of the Hunter family for four generations.
Our animals are raised on pasture, allowing for consumption of a variety of forages. In addition to pasture, their diet is supplemented with grain and minerals. The pigs are fed whey leftover from making cheese. It makes "whey good pork." The diverse diet keeps our animals happy and healthy. All cheese making happens in our new creamery located on our farm just a short walk from our back door. All of our products have unique qualities reflective of changing seasons and varied growing conditions.

We are permitted and inspected by the Virginia Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services.
